lawncare
 

  • Exclusively landscaping contracts are applicable APRIL 1st thru OCTOBER 31st

  • The customer will allow access to the lawn and necessary areas between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday thru Saturday.

  • The customer must remove any item that may impede on our ability to preform services.

  • The customer will remove all animal waste from the property in areas where mowing or bed maintenance will occur.

  • The customer will keep all outdoor pets inside the house or in a fenced in area for the safety of our employees.

SNOW PLOWING
 

  • Snow Plowing/Removal contracts are applicable NOVEMBER 1st thru MARCH 31st.

  • Snow plow removal occurs only with an accumulation of at least 2 inches within a 24 hour period

  • The customer is asked to keep the driveway clear when possible.

INSURANCE
 

  • Hawks Landscaping will carry all necessary licensing for the business and its vehicles in accordance with state laws and requirements as well as the Department of Transportation.

  • We hold Liability Insurance extending coverage to the business, the vehicles, it’s employees and owners. 

  • The ‘contractor’ is not to be held liable for damage to items on or below the lawn surface which are not clearly marked or visible such as sprinkler components, cables, wires and pipes. 

PAYMENT TERMS
 

  • Invoices are issued monthly electronically. 

  • We ask that you pay in a timely manner.

SERVICE INCLUSIONS
 

  • Any additional services requested by the customer must be agreed upon and be included in the/a contract signed by both parties.
